Yoga for beginners (75 min)
In this class we focus on the fundamental aspects of yoga, including asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. We explore yoga with clear, precise instructions so you can see and feel what is happening in your body. Beginner classes are designed for all students that want to understand the basic foundation of yoga and build confidence towards a healthy, safe yoga practice.
Yoga for beginners - fundamentals (90 min)
This class is designed for people who are at the beginning of their yoga journey. With special focus on the fundamentals of alignment and pranayama. A nourishing asana practice to cultivate stability and calmness of both body and mind as well as to guide our awareness inwards. If you like to base your yoga practice on a solid foundation and deepen your practice with detailed instructions on essentials, this is the perfect class.
Sunday Yoga flow for all levels (90 min)
Enjoy a yoga class to finish your weekend with a gentle Hatha flow sequence to cultivate mindfulness throughout the practice, and ride the wave of the breath to align body and mind. All levels are welcome.
Yoga for intermediates (75 min)
This class is specially designed to train physical and mental strength, flexibility and endurance. Students are gently encouraged to explore advanced asanas (inversions, backbends, arm balances) within a vigorous yoga sequence, deepen their self-awareness to move from the inside out and apply the practice of Pranayama.
Yoga for alle levels (75 min)
All Level classes (75 min) focus on balancing and stabilizing. They continue to focus on the basics of yoga while creative sequences introduce new poses. All poses are taught in a manner that invites students to deepen their understanding of physical alignment while beginning to blend the postures into fluid sequences that are synchronized with the rhythm of the breath.

Enjoy a deep practice with a special focus in every class. Sometimes it's a theme that builds the frame to the yoga practice and sometimes it's a specific asana that we focus on. This class is perfect for beginners that like to widen their understanding of yoga as well as more advanced students who understand the importance of cultivating and maintaining a beginner's mind.
Rise & Shine Yoga for all levels (60 min)
Rise & Shine Yoga for all levels (60 min): Enjoy a dynamic yet gentle Hatha flow inspired class to boost your energy for an amazing day, mostly based on a series of vitalizing sun salutations. Transform the way you begin your week!
Yin Yoga Restorative (90 min)
The blend of Yin/Restorative Yoga targets the deepest layers of the body working on the connective tissues of the joints, the deep fascia network of the body and the meridians relating to the organs of the body. With the support of different props you can surrender completely into the pose, to create space, to explore your inner landscape and to find access to stillness. This provides a great sense of ease and lightness in the body, like after a deep massage. All are welcome.
Restorative Yoga for everyone (90min)
Enjoy a deep state of relaxation by completely supporting the body in propped-up asanas, or postures. This allows to rest and surrender completely, to gently release and embrace what is and allowing prana or vital life energy to flow and to establish an access to intuition and inner peace. Winding down for 90 min with passive, earthy, restorative poses - an ideal practice after a strenuously week and for anyone who wants to work deeply without force.
Deep Relaxation (60 min)
In this class we leave the outside world behind and cultivate stillness from within. Deep relaxation gives the greatest amount of relaxation in the shortest period of time. In the first part we practice some gentle movements combined with the breath to prepare ourselves for a guided 'yogic sleep' or 'yogic power nap' in Savasana. In Yoga Nidra the body enters a state of deeply relaxed sleep while the mind is still conscious - balanced between the waking state and the sleep state. This practice helps us to completely relax and regenerate on a physical, mental and emotional level. At the same time it is vitalizing and refreshing. It is suitable for everyone who would like to set a relaxing counterpoint to the everyday life – especially if you're exposed to stress.

- if you need special attention because you healing from injury or because you seek a therapeutic practice to manage or improve health issues like insomnia or low back pain
- if you'd like to deepen your meditation practice.

- 75 minute – 150 CHF (additional person + 35 CHF)
- 90 minute – 180 CHF (additional person + 40 CHF)
